This is a private, non-commercial website. The controller can be reached via the email address above. A designated data protection officer is not legally required.

2. General information

This website is operated as a static site. There is no registration, and – apart from the technically necessary processing that occurs when the site is accessed (see Hosting and Server log files) – no personal data is actively collected from you. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and its content.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA („Cloudflare“). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data in order to deliver the site, ensure its security and stability, and defend against attacks. Cloudflare also acts as a content delivery network and reverse proxy.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, performant and reliable provision of this website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) are used. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Server log files

To deliver the website, technically necessary access data is processed in server log files. This may include:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• requested URL / file and HTTP status code
• amount of data transferred
• referrer URL
• browser, its version and operating system (user agent)

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purposes of delivery, security, and technical troubleshooting. This data is not merged with other data sources.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no non-essential cookies and uses no cookie-based tracking and no analytics services with user recognition. There is no access to information stored on your device within the meaning of Section 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) that would require consent. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (recognizable by „https://“ in the address bar).
